A ring gag to start for sure. Then it would depend on the situation. If youre on a chair and have your sub infront of you facing the seat, you can attach your subs arms to the legs of the chair. The back legs. That will keep their head low enough to not entierly be able to get away. From experiance this has also worked cuffing a sub to the arms of the chair.
