This I don't get the appeal of the dominant part being cruel, insuling and torturing. This would also not work for me, because I know I am quite a bit larger than average and the feedback from women was allways good. Insulting me as deficient would make me feel nothing. From what little I've been able to determine over the years, there are at the very least these possibilities:
