Hell, mine have already been explored, mapped, platted, subdivided, upgraded with water, sewer, and electric, and covered shopping malls and tract homes. There's even a bus line and train station to connect with Downtown. Sorry---guess I'm just in a smart-ass mood tonight.

Yes, I was pretty silly last night. I had just spent the entire day dishing advice on this site's PM channels. So, I was pretty emotionally whacked-out on an endorphin/chemo cocktail. Ah, the good ol' days.
