I'm sorry to hear that Essy, struggle is the right word here. It took a lot of training to (kinda) fix it.

Depending on the reason there can be solutions. It can be as "simple" as a side effect from a medication. SNRIs can cause issues, effexor/venlefaxine is one of them.
