Expectations and discipline styles for Bigs with their littles.

I'm starting to get more serious about being a caregiver. I've been engaging with littles from a distance at munches and online for about a year now. I really enjoy the carefree energy littles bring and it feels good being a strong and caring anchor for them. What I want some help feeling out is how discipline and structure should be provided? I know this is something that changes depending on the dynamic in question but some feedback from more experienced kinksters would be appreciated 👍

I am not a caregiver, but I am a little/middle and the good way to know what types of punishments and rewards we’re going to give for tasks for your little is the type of little that they are there’s brats and they need stricter rules and stricter punishments and every type of little specific type of punishment and reward system it is really a case by case basis

Honestly, it really depends on the little in question.
For example, simply the threat of a very heated spanking, open hand or paddle, is enough to make her change her attitude when she starts bratting. However, her rewards are far more soft. Rarely does she ever actually receive punishment, mostly because I can easily tame her bratty side with just a look and simple spanking threat. The days she does get spanked, it's rarely harsh and a real punishment. Other little/middles will brat with far more dedication and really push your buttons until you leave marks on their pretty little butts and they have tears streaming down their cheeks. Some can't handle that and it becomes an ACTUAL punishment that they work hard to avoid by making sure they don't become a brat. It's different and something you should always discuss with each little before enacting any punishment clause for bratting.
