There is a large play space available for private hire by visiting pro-Dom/mes or for personal play.
The space is also available for use as a photographic studio.

At The Royal you will find a truly unique kinky play space rather than just another room with equipment in it.
The play facilities include (but are not limited to) a medical room, a school room, a viewing room and religious play area.

The Royal operates as a private members club and you must become a member to use the facilities. Membership costs £5/year and must have been held for at least two days before attending The Royal.

In addition to private hire we also offer our members monthly social events including munches, parties and workshops. Details will be posted once we are open.
