About Me
I am an autistic adult who also lives with *** processing disorder, developmental delays, and epilepsy. I sometimes use age regression as a healthy coping strategy. This is not sexual it helps me feel safe, supported, and calm.
Because of my disabilities, I do best with structure, patience, and nurturing care. I wear an epilepsy helmet for safety, and I feel most secure when I have a stable routine and clear guidance.
What Helps Me
Wearing comfortable, child-like clothing and having items that bring me comfort, like plush toys, bottles, or pacifiers.
Safe physical affection (such as cuddling) and time for play in a warm, caring environment.
Support from people who can explain things clearly, repeat instructions when needed, and show patience until I fully understand.
Social & Daily Living Needs
I can walk and talk like anyone else, but I sometimes need extra help with social skills and processing information. If instructions are unclear, I may get confused, and sometimes I need things repeated or shown more than once before they “click.”
I also sometimes use an AAC device to communicate, especially when I feel overwhelmed. With time and patience, I usually become more comfortable and able to talk directly.
What I’m Looking For
I would like to connect with people who are open-minded, caring, and supportive of my coping strategies and needs. I want to be around those who understand that my age regression is about safety and comfort, not anything else.
I do best with individuals who:
Respect my routines, communication style, and comfort items.
Are patient and consistent, offering clear guidance and reassurance.
Understand the importance of trauma awareness, boundaries, and consent.
Important to Know
I may need extra time to trust new people building safe relationships is a slow process for me.
Routines, predictability, and kindness help me thrive.
Respect for my physical and emotional boundaries is very important.
