How much would you be willing to pay? 

Would you want self catering or meals?

Would you prefer a house, farm location with glamping or warehouse?

I personally would be unlikely to attend - but, I think good feedback relies on disagreement as well as agreement.  

I think the question is - what does the event roughly look like?

There are events like Femdom Retreat and Sissy Retreat which are usually with a certain client group in mind and usually with a selection of Ladies whom are there on a form of paid basis as part of the attraction.

I think the costs to consider are not only what you are asking of people but what other expenses they would have and what they are being offered in return.   I guess this ties in a little with what people would say their ideal weekend would look like - but, you must have a starting point on what you think is deliverable.
